All headmasters of the Middle/Primary Schools under the Chakma Autonomous District Council are instructed to display the poster appended herewith, and to campaign for adoption of the “THREE GOLDEN RULES” notified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India among school staff, students and parents/guardians.
